00Route * The route - 30 km officilaly, said to be about 31 but the GPS said 35 - is called De Drie Veren (Three Ferries) and indeed we usae three: Willem, Halve Maan and - very appropiate - Heen en Weer.  The route took us along a few of the nature reservers that form the  Gelderse Poort where the foreland of the Rhine is regive to nature. * 1040 x 633 * (176KB)

01-ChestnutTrees * Starting near the church in Pannerden, a good view on two old chetnut trees (Most are infected with a kethal desease but these seem unharmed - yet) * 1305 x 1389 * (371KB)
