The flat lands, a feet over the water

10-Brug * Two briges: North side and South side. The road in between crosses the canal underneath and follows the track of the canal that devides both sides - as becomes visible after crossing the brigde.
The path is signposted to follow straight on from the left bridge on, wbut we turned left to find the road accoring the booklet.  * 1860 x 1140 * (331KB)

12-Nest-5 * A swan's nest blocks the entrance to a meadow. * 1893 x 1062 * (360KB)

15-Elzendijk * Elzendijk - an old quai. Peat, not sand nor clay! * 1984 x 1488 * (326KB)

16-Nest-6 * A coots nest - 6 eegs is large for this type of bird. It might have been abandoned, but there was a coot nearby, she might just have been fouraging. * 1984 x 1488 * (637KB)
