The vallei - westward
00-Map * The track with some remarks. We started in Lunteren, you can get there by train. We parked our car near the station. The official starting place for both walkjs is mini-camping De Kijkvelder, a bit off the route for both. Both routes follow the road between this point and cafe 't Hek. Near Lunteren we missed the right track and hasd to walk a few hundrred meters more. * 543 x 804 * (214KB)

01-Vallei * The wide area of the rural area, just outside Lunteren, looking north. * 3176 x 1092 * (294KB)

04-Walliby * Wallibies in the cold - but it seems they are well adapted. * 1984 x 1488 * (522KB)

06-VeluweAfstand * Getting near the Veluwe again * 1984 x 788 * (138KB)

07-Beek * Groote Valksche Beek - naturally hindered to straem loose and freely. In case of rain, this stream is getting rather wild - for Dutch standards. * 1488 x 1984 * (452KB)

08-Veluwerand * Just afther cafe 't Hek, the road traverses the slopes of the Veluwe - about 15 meters above level. * 3956 x 1436 * (533KB)
