Web ServicesAXISVersion 1.1 has been 'ported' to VMS, a number of classes seem different (are in a separate directory...), so I used this in stead if the current (as today) version 1.3. I'm not sure yet what the consequences are for upgrading... Anyway, this is it about Axis 1.1 as downloaded from the HP OpenVMS e-business site.
