De Bilt - HollandscheRading

The walk was organized by a walkers association in Groenekan, but started in De Bilt, from the clubhouse of a baseball club. We've walked here before, this walk went North, following long straight roads and paths, following the drainage of these low lands.It took about 13 kilometers to the boundary with the province of NoordHolland - marking higher lands, where we had a rest in "De Paddestoel", before we headed back - in straight lines once more - along the higher side of the province - passing woodlands. | TopoNL.jpg | 1412x1666px | 545kB
