Italy 2009
| Driving into Italy is a two-day excursion; you could do in one but it's safer (and more quiet) to split the journey. Today, we drove just south of Luzern, near the village of Buoch, near the banks of the Vierwaldstaetter See. When we arrived, there was a tournament on the nearby sporting area, but luckily, it was not that loud in the evening. The next day, we passed the Sankt Gotthad tunnel and the flatlands of the river Po, heading to our first stop in San Piero A Sieve. |
