Herxen-Zwolle along the banks of the IJssel: 15 km on small roads, dykes and cycle paths.

Started in the village itself, on the minor road on top of the dyke; the space between the dykes of the IJssel river are wide apart. kept on this track to Windesheim, bending towards the river and then following the river again, until the former Harculo power plant; you have to pass around it. Near Oudeneel moved from the dyke onto the floodplain, next along a park named "Engelse werk" straight to the station.
