A closer look
Track * This walk leads through woodland and along what's named new nature, where trees are cut to make room for heather. Most of the roads lead straight on for long stretches. Starting in Zeist, we rested in Jonckvrouw in Austerlitz. * 1183 x 970 * (559KB)

06-Nieuweheide * Wood is replaces by heather - given time. Seen from the high edge: the bottom in the distance is about 10 meters lower than the path (on out way back, we would look up this slope) * 1984 x 1488 * (480KB)
