We travelled by car, crossed Calais-Dover by Hooverspeed (another VMS user, as it turned out...)
At Dartmoor, we stayed in a small camping site west of Exeter, in the middle of nowhere: Clifford Bridge. It is said that Thomas Hardy stayed in this area.
In Cornwall, we camped near St Agnes, West of St Agnes Beacon
Near London, we put our tents just south of Malden.
