Pieterpad-Zuid: Venlo-Roermond

The Pieterpad is the longest footpath of the Netherlands - it runs from the high North (Pieterburen) to the far South (Pietersberg) along the Eastern border - partly across the border, a distance over 400 kilometers. If has been cut in two parts of somewhat equal lentgh - the break is in the small town of Vorden. The southern part is easier to travel by public transport, and closer to our home, so that's the part we cover first.
