07-SolscheGat * Sosche Gat - a remains of the Ice age - as is the whole area, seen from the upper side. There are a lot of stories on this 'hole' - one of a monastry, sunk in here after the monsk sold their sould to the devil. You can hear thm moan in the dark.... * 1488 x 1984 * (705KB)

11-Hout * Cut wood - bent and twisted - doesn't pile up nicely. * 1984 x 1488 * (521KB)

12-Bos * Open woodland - like most areas in this forest. This is a larix patch * 1488 x 1984 * (675KB)

13-Duintop * North of Garderen, there has been a area of drift sand - and just outside the villages, the dunes have been plated - with beech trees. On top of these, the roots have been unearthed iduring times. * 1984 x 1488 * (707KB)

14-Uitzicht * From the top, looking into the lower area - densly replanted in recent years * 1488 x 1984 * (610KB)

15-Nest * A hawks nest in Larix, somewhat off the road. * 1602 x 1080 * (480KB)
