Irene gone
As it turned out, the family PC is completely ruined. It spontaneously restarts when Outlook is started, or several other programs I tried – including McAfee anti Virus. I tried reverting to a previous checkpoint but it all fails. Not a real reason in the Event Viewer either.
In checking it became worse and worse. Now it won’t boot at all.
I’ll have to rebuild the system from scratch. I could setup Ubuntu on it but that won’t be liked by the family, I guess. MSN is rather heavily used by Kasper….
