Accounts
The postmaster is created automatically on the main domain.
Any other user must be added manually.
Select the domain the user is to be added to, form the overview. It will come up with the Accounts tab. Add the new users name in the box and hit "Create Account" button:
Select the Account screen is shown:
Add real name and a password. If you don't specify a password, the user will have to specify one on first access - if he/she has the right to do so. The default was set to YES, but check:

I've chosen to keep it the same.
If a user has external mailboxes to be accessed an consolidated on this server, you can chose to allow RPOP (Retrieve from somewhere else)
and specify from where. In my case, I chose to keep my VMS-mail server on my basic VMS box, so that account needs to be checked once in a while - every minute, but time can reach to once a year.
In tab RPOP, a number of lines can be added. Here, it's just one.
Don't forget to to Update once in a while. When you leave the page without update, the changes will be lost!
